Author Evgeniya Sochneva was born in Tula (Russian Federation) on 03.11.1984.


She dreams to direct a movie about female dancers, finished music school and is planning to start a education as Drammaturg in the near future.


Even if beeing still at very young age, Ms.Sochneva is already writing since more than 10 Years. First writings were only for personal recording, but it changed more and more into writing for the already gathering fans and readers. Her writing is inspired mostly from people and her sourrounding world.Idols of this young talent are for example writers like Mikhail Bulgakov, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Hermann Hesse, Haruki Murakami.

One of the goals of Vienna Reviews is to provide a platform for artists and to propagate different, non-commercial oriented news about Austria, to help the positive Picture of Austria in the World. When Vienna Review got in contact with the work of the young russian artist Yulia Linyaeva, (born in the polar Town of Norilsk and now living and working near Moscow ) we learned a lot about the foreign view of Austria.

Vienna Review organized already several exhibitions in Vienna for other artists and so we came to the decision, to invite Yulia Linyaeva to present her impressive photography work to viennese people and at the same time to learn about Austria.

Vienna, 13. Aug. (Vienna Review / BBC ) -Austrians are celebrating 100 years since the discovery of a tiny but curvy statuette that dates back 25,000 years.

The 11cm-tall (four-inch) stone figure - the Venus of Willendorf - will be in a special show at Vienna's Natural History Museum with similar statuettes.

Vienna, 13. Aug. (Vienna Review / AFP ) - Austria, which has only two brown bears left, needs to take action if it wants to prevent the species from dying out again, according to the World Wildlife Fund's (WWF) local branch.

Vienna, 20 Mar. 08 (Vienna Review) - Vienna International Airport was ranked on the third place in Europe in terms of the highest percentage of on-time flights in 2007. This emerged from a report by The Association of European Airlines (AEA) , which unites the major airlines in Europe.

In 2007, 17.9 per cent of flights at the Vienna Internation airport were more than 15 minutes late. Brussels Airport was the most punctual airport in Europe.
